The value of digital assets is highly volatile and may result in significant or total losses. You should carefully consider whether dealing in crypto-assets is appropriate for your financial situation, risk tolerance, and experience.

1. Introduction

The following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website. By accessing https://pay.letknow.org or https://eu.letknow.com and the materials and information presented herein, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the website or our services.

These Terms provide general rules for accessing and using LetKnow’s website and services and do not constitute a binding service delivery agreement. These Terms are not a substitute for product-specific contracts, which govern the actual provision of services, pricing, or risk disclosures. Additional policies may apply, including the LetKnow Privacy Policy, our AML Policy, and any applicable Risk Disclosure Statements required under applicable law.

By using the website or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all updates published hereafter.

2. Who are we?

LetKnow refers to LetKnow OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under reg. 14494307 whose registered office is at Viru väljak 2, Tallinn 10111, Estonia. LetKnow OÜ operates through its Bulgarian branch - LetKnow OÜ Branch Bulgaria, an entity established in the Republic of Bulgaria the under UIC 207356428 whose registered office is at 10 St., FL. 1, Plovdiv 4000, Bulgaria. LetKnow OÜ Branch Bulgaria is registered with the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency (NRA) to provide crypto-asset services in the European Union under the transitional framework for Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs) under reg. nr. BB-168.

LetKnow offers a crypto-asset payment processing platform (the “LetKnow Pay Platform”) designed to enable business users (merchants) who meet our eligibility requirements to accept virtual asset payments from their customers. The LetKnow Pay Platform provides a general framework for accessing such services, including payment gateway setup, transaction settlement infrastructure, and optional exchange functionalities. However, the actual provision of services, specific terms, and fees are always governed by separate merchant or product-specific agreements and are not covered by these. Any fiat settlement services are provided through third-party regulated financial institutions partnering with LetKnow. LetKnow does not custody or process any fiat payments.

In limited cases, services offered by LetKnow may also be provided to individuals, subject to applicable onboarding, AML/KYC, and eligibility criteria determined by LetKnow.

3. Our Website

The content on the LetKnow website is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to use the LetKnow services or engage in any transaction. Service availability and conditions are subject to prior approval, eligibility assessment, and contractual agreement with LetKnow.

While we strive to keep our websites accurate and up to date, LetKnow does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information provided. Reliance on website information is at your own risk. Please contact LetKnow directly for definitive service information.

4. Eligibility Requirements

Access to our services is limited to users who:

All users, including both individuals and legal entities, are required to comply with all EU and national anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing legislation, including but not limited to Directive (EU) 2025/XX ("AMLD6"), Regulation (EU) 2024/XX ("AMLR"), and the requirements of the EU Anti-Money Laundering Authority (AMLA).

5. User Obligations

While using the website, the LetKnow Pay Platform or any of our services, you agree to:

  • not violate these Terms or any applicable law;
  • not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information;
  • not attempt unauthorized access or interfere with LetKnow Pay Platform operations;
  • not introduce malware or engage in disruptive or fraudulent conduct;
  • not share your account or impersonate any other user or entity;
  • not use the LetKnow Pay Platform to violate local or international laws concerning virtual currencies.

The user bears sole responsibility for ensuring the full security of their account by regularly changing passwords, enabling third-party authentication, and using any additional security measures such as specific limits or codewords as instructed or offered beyond the default authentication methods. A charge for implementing such additional security measures may apply and will be negotiable upon request.

6. Privacy

LetKnow undertakes to protect any information of its customers at any time by appropriate and state-of-the-art measures. Details about the handling of personal data, data protection and data security are defined in the LetKnow Privacy Policy.

7. Third-Party Links

Links to external websites are provided for convenience only. LetKnow does not control or endorse such third-party content, and disclaims all liability for their accuracy, legality, or data protection practices. Users must review external websites’ own legal and privacy terms. You acknowledge your sole responsibility for, and assume all risk arising from, your use of any third-party websites or resources.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, logos, images, software) and the LetKnow Pay Platform is owned or licensed by LetKnow and protected under intellectual property law. You may not copy, reuse, or modify it for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

By posting or uploading content to our website, you grant LetKnow a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content, including for compliance or promotional purposes, unless otherwise limited by applicable law or privacy regulations.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are liable to you in all cases of contractual and non-contractual liability in the event of intent and gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions for damages and reimbursement of losses.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LetKnow or any of its affiliates or vendors (or any officers, directors, employees or agents of the company or its affiliates or vendors) will not be liable and you agree not to hold them responsible, for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (however or whenever arising), including, without limitation, damages for lost revenue, lost profits, anticipated profits, lost business or injury to business reputation, cost of procurement of substitute services, under any theory of liability or cause of action whether in tort (including negligence), contract or otherwise, regardless of whether it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In particular, (but without limitation) LetKnow is not liable for damages or loss resulting directly or indirectly from:

  • temporary unavailability due to system maintenance or force majeure;
  • losses resulting from technical failures or external cyberattacks;
  • any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of the website or our services;
  • your use of third-party services not associated with LetKnow;
  • Any breaches resulting from users' failure to promptly change default credentials, including passwords or other access details sent in any form --- whether paper, electronic, secure, or insecure --- are the sole responsibility of the user. Users must change all such credentials immediately upon receipt and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) to help safeguard their accounts.
  • your inability to use the services for whatever reason;
  • viruses or other malicious software obtained by accessing the LetKnow website or any associated website or service;
  • the content, actions, or inactions of third parties;
  • illegal actions and operations of third persons performed using counterfeited and/or illegal documents or illegally received data.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LetKnow is not liable for a delay or failure to perform our obligations (including any delay in payment) by reason of any cause beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any action or inaction by you or any third party, any event which is beyond our reasonable control including without limit any market disruption, acts or restraints of government(s) or public authorities, war, revolution, strikes or other industrial action, fire, flood, natural disaster, explosion, terrorist action, the suspension or limitation of trading by any execution venue, or any breakdown, failure, defective performance or malfunction of any telecommunications settlement or other equipment or system, bank delay, postal delay, failure or delay of any fax or electronic transmission, any accident, emergency, act of god or any abnormal or unforeseeable circumstances as well as a lack of funds and/or failure of network services.

LetKnow is not a party to any underlying obligations as may exist between a payer and a payee to a crypto-asset payment transaction executed using the LetKnow Pay Platform and accepts no responsibility for the performance of any such underlying obligations or the products and/or services that payment transactions relate to.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the LetKnow Privacy Policy, our AML Policy, and any additional notices published on this website, constitute the entire agreement between you and LetKnow regarding website use.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Bulgarian courts, unless otherwise required by mandatory EU consumer protection or data privacy laws. LetKnow reserves the right to pursue remedies in other jurisdictions if necessary.
